Mindful Healing Padma
A passionate health, wellness and mindfulness consultant and speaker, Padma Patricia created Mindful Healing to enhance the health, well-being and lives of her clients and friends.
A skillful, caring yoga teacher, Padma trained at Vajra Yoga and Meditation in New York City, Canada’s Sivananda Yoga Centre, and the Integral Yoga Institute in India where she received the name Padma (meaning lotus flower).
Through the holistic practices of yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, shiatsu and nutrition, Padma teaches clients how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives. At the heart of Padma’s philosophy is the belief everyone can “overcome the fear of change, learn to believe in yourself and thrive not just survive.”
